1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Free Delivery
- Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- We offer free shipping on all orders above £39.
- Trade/reseller orders are also eligible for free shipping when they meet the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of £399.
3. Delivery Estimates
- UK orders: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- EU & International orders: 5–14 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can track your shipment directly through the courier’s website.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
- E-Com Legion is not responsible for delays or charges caused by customs processes.
6. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order.
- Suppose an order is returned due to an incorrect address or a failed delivery attempt. In that case, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it, or if a refund is required, the shipping charges (a minimum of 3.99) will be deducted.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and items.
- If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.
