At E-Com Legion, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for purchases made on our website.


1. Eligibility

  • Retail Customers: Returns and refunds are available only for retail customers.
  • Trade & Reseller Orders: Returns and refunds are not applicable to trade or reseller purchases.

2. Return Window

  • Retail customers may return products within 7 days of delivery.
  • Returned products must be in their original condition, unopened, unused, and include all original tags, manuals, and documentation.

3. Conditions for Returns

  • Products showing visible signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be refunded in full.
  • Items must be returned in the same packaging they were delivered in.
  • Customer is responsible for paying return shipping.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are only provided if:
    • The product arrives damaged, or
    • The product is not as described.
  • To request a refund, customers must provide necessary proof (e.g., photos, order details, and description of the issue) by emailing us at hello@e-comlegion.com.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days from confirmation.

5. Exclusions

  • Refunds will not be issued for:
    • Trade/reseller orders
    • Products returned after 7 days
    • Items opened, used, or missing original packaging/documents
