1. Eligibility
- Retail Customers: Returns and refunds are available only for retail customers.
- Trade & Reseller Orders: Returns and refunds are not applicable to trade or reseller purchases.
2. Return Window
- Retail customers may return products within 7 days of delivery.
- Returned products must be in their original condition, unopened, unused, and include all original tags, manuals, and documentation.
3. Conditions for Returns
- Products showing visible signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be refunded in full.
- Items must be returned in the same packaging they were delivered in.
- Customer is responsible for paying return shipping.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are only provided if:
- The product arrives damaged, or
- The product is not as described.
- To request a refund, customers must provide necessary proof (e.g., photos, order details, and description of the issue) by emailing us at hello@e-comlegion.com.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days from confirmation.
5. Exclusions
- Refunds will not be issued for:
- Trade/reseller orders
- Products returned after 7 days
- Items opened, used, or missing original packaging/documents
